The date for the November H&I Meeting will be Sunday November 23, 2025 (not the last sunday of the month)

December 28th will be the H&I spirit or rotation meeting for nominations and elections. You must have an H&I workshop this year to be nominated.

The last workshop of the year will be held directly before the December 28th H&I meeting.

Election to all Trusted Servant positions requires an NA Homegroup, an NA Sponsor, working knowledge of the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of Narcotics Anonymous and the willingness to serve. Previous involvement at ASC, ex: GSR or being involved in a subcommittee before being nominated for a Trusted Servant position is suggested. Please come prepared with a nomination from your NA homegroup as well as having read the bylaws and information about the position you wish to fill.

Activities Chair - 2 years

Vice Literature Chair - 1 Year

RCM - 2 Years + 1yr as GSR

Alternate RCM - 2 years

Public Relations Chair - 2 Years

Vice Secretary - 2 Years

BOD Rep - 4 years

Policy and Admin Chair - 4 years

All trusted servant position nominations go back to homegroups again for discussion and voting.

*Alexis D was nominated for Vice Treasurer - she has 4 years and previous experience in H&I

*Andrew - Received an automatic nomination from Vice Treasurer (his current position) for Treasurer - Clean date is 5-2-20
